Mobile device input

The inbuilt soft keyboards on mobile devices have many customised behaviours that make them unsuitable for typing tuition. e.g. they hide the “;” under “shift” and numerals under the “123” making it impossible to use them for learning to type correctly.

Revolutionary on-screen keyboard

Typing Tournament cleverly solves these problems by substituting its own revolutionary, on-screen keyboard which has a standard layout and colour coding which matches the colour coding used in the lessons.

  1. The virtual on-screen keyboard simply pops up when typing on a mobile device
  2. Users can use the same keystrokes on mobile devices as they do on computer keyboards!
  3. Swap easily between PCs and mobile devices without disrupting the development of muscle memory
